Eliotto Inc. ("we", "us" or "our") sets out below how we handle users' information in "Eliotto-lab", our automatic match schedule generation service (the "Service").
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy between this version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information we collect
The Service collects and stores the following information.
- Email address (users who register or log in)
- Used to register your email address and to send you login links. We do not collect passwords.
- Saved schedules, nicknames and scores (logged-in users)
- Schedules you create while logged in, nicknames for each number, and the scores and match results you enter are saved to your account.
- Inquiry contents
- We store the comments and requests entered in the contact form, the email address if you choose to provide one, your account's email address if you are logged in, and the date and time of receipt.
- Cookies (keeping you logged in)
- Information used to keep you logged in and to prevent fraudulent form submissions is stored in your browser in a cookie (__session).
- Browser storage (localStorage)
- Nicknames, scores and "Done" ticks entered without logging in, as well as the login status used to switch what is displayed, are stored only in your device's browser and are not sent to our servers (nicknames and scores entered while logged in are sent so that they can be saved to your account).
- Access logs
- For server operation, the date and time of access, IP address, URLs viewed, browser type and similar information are recorded automatically. We also temporarily use the connecting IP address to prevent repeated inquiry submissions.

- To provide the Service (logging in, saving and sharing schedules, recording scores, etc.)
- To respond to inquiries
- To prevent misuse and ensure security
- To analyze usage and improve the Service
- To deliver advertising
3. Information sent to external services
The Service uses the following external services, and your information is sent to each provider when you open a page.

When login URLs and participant share page URLs are sent to Google Analytics, the strings used for logging in and sharing are masked. If you do not want Google Analytics to collect your information, you can disable it with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
The Service uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Service or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to the Service and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. For how Google handles information in advertising, please see Advertising – Privacy & Terms – Google. Please note that ads are not shown on some screens, such as login and contact.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK and Switzerland
Users accessing the Service from these regions are shown a consent message from Google's consent management platform (CMP), asking for consent to the use of cookies and to personalized advertising. Until you give consent, Google Analytics and Google AdSense operate without advertising or analytics cookies (Google's "Consent Mode"), and personalized ads are not shown. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
4. Where information is stored and disclosure to third parties
The Service is operated using cloud services from Google LLC (Google Cloud, Firebase) and Neon, Inc., and the information we collect is stored on these providers' servers (including servers located outside Japan). Except as required by law, we do not provide the information we collect to third parties without your consent.
5. Deletion and disclosure of information
You can delete saved schedules at any time from the "Saved schedules" screen. If you would like your account (email address), nicknames or inquiry contents to be deleted or disclosed, please contact us via the contact form. We will respond after confirming your identity. Information stored in your browser can be deleted through your browser settings (e.g. clearing browsing data).
6. Security
We strive to take appropriate security measures, such as encrypted communication (https) and access restrictions, to prevent the leakage, loss or misuse of the information we collect.
7. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy as necessary. Any changes will be announced on this page.
