Social events with new faces

Pickleball and badminton too
Not just tennis — pickleball and badminton, where doubles is so much fun, and other sports played over multiple sets can have their scores recorded just as they are.
Just 3 steps
- Enter the number of players and courts 4–150 players (round robin up to 20, or 40 with fixed pairs) and 1–20 courts. You can also choose "Fixed pairs" to play with set partners, and whether to have umpires.
- Choose a format Pick from random, round robin or tournament to suit the day's purpose.
- Press "Generate matchups" Pairs and match-ups are ready in an instant, shown like "1 & 2 VS 3 & 4".
3 formats to choose from
With every format, no one is ever put on two courts at the same time
Partners and opponents shuffled every time
Randomly pairs up partners and opponents for as many matches as you specify. Players who have played the fewest matches get priority, so waiting time is spread evenly too.
Partner with everyone once
A round robin where partners rotate as you go. You get to partner every other player exactly once, which makes it great for mixing (up to 20 players). Depending on the number of players, one extra balancing match may be added at the end.
Random pairs battle for the top
Pairs are formed at random and a tournament bracket is created. Byes (seeds) are placed automatically, and once scores are entered, "Winning pair of ..." is replaced with the pair that advanced.
Handy features
All of this works without logging in
Set pairs are fine too
Check "Fixed pairs" and partners are fixed in the order 1-2, 3-4, and so on. You can create random, round robin (up to 40 players) or tournament schedules while keeping the same pairs. Handy for practicing for pairs tournaments.
Umpires assigned automatically
Turn on "With umpires" and umpires are chosen from players who aren't playing in that round. The number of turns is balanced so it isn't always the same people.
Show nicknames
Give numbers a nickname and pairs are shown by name too. Write one person per line to register them all at once.
Record scores on the spot
Just tap the "Score" column to enter a score. There's no limit on points, and multiple sets are fine. During a match, save it as "In progress" so everyone can see the score so far. One-set matches show games won; multi-set matches show sets won.
See progress at a glance
Tick "Done" for finished matches, and it's instantly clear how far things have got.
Court allocation handled for you
With several courts, matches are distributed automatically. When there aren't enough courts, matches are split into waiting rounds.
Works even with a weak signal
Scores and nicknames you enter are saved on this device. Once the page is open, you can keep using it without a connection.
Late arrivals and early departures, handled
Players arriving late or leaving early are no problem. Works without logging in
Late arrivals join right away
Just add a number with "+ Join late" and press "Regenerate". They'll be in the schedule from the next round.
Smooth for those leaving early
Tap the player's number to switch them to "Left", then press "Regenerate" and they're removed from the rest of the schedule.
Still fair after regenerating
Random format carries over everyone's match count so far and prioritizes those who've played less. Round robin only regenerates the matches for partnerships that haven't played together yet.
Use "Withdraw" in tournaments
Mark the pair of a player who's leaving as "Withdraw" and the opposing pair gets a walkover in the next match. Advancement is reflected automatically (players can't join a tournament part-way through).
- Open "Late arrivals / early departures" You'll find it just above the schedule.
- Switch players in or out Tapping a number toggles between "Playing" and "Left". Add newcomers with "+ Join late".
- Choose which round to regenerate from, and run it Rounds with scores entered or ticked "Done" are kept as they are; only the rounds after them are regenerated.

Share the schedule with everyone by QR code
A QR code appears on the organizer's screen. Participants simply scan it with their phone camera to see the same schedule right there. Participants don't need to log in or install an app. Everyone can check "Who am I partnering next?" right away on their own phone.

Scores and advancement update automatically
When the organizer enters scores or ticks "Done", participants' screens update automatically too (about every 10 seconds). Save as "In progress" to share live scores in near real time. When the schedule is regenerated for late arrivals or early departures, participants' screens switch to the new schedule as well. In tournaments, "Winning pair of ..." changes to the names of the pair that advanced, so everyone can see their next opponents right away.
Save schedules and scores
Schedules you create are saved automatically, so you can open them later to enter or review scores. If the connection drops, any scores that couldn't be sent are sent automatically once you're back online.
Nicknames on any device
Registered nicknames are saved to your account, so the same names appear on your phone or PC, next time and every time.
Results recorded for each individual
Scores you enter are recorded as match results for each individual player, not per pair. Whoever you partner with, your own record is properly kept.

FAQ
What's the minimum number of players?
Doubles schedules can have from 4 up to 150 players (round robin is limited to 20, since each player plays "number of players − 1" matches; a fixed-pair round robin is limited to 40, since each pair plays "number of pairs − 1" matches). You can specify up to 20 courts.
Can I create a schedule with set pairs?
Yes. Check "Fixed pairs" and partners are fixed in the order 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and so on, so you can create random, round robin or tournament schedules. Please enter an even number of players. Joining late and leaving early also work pair by pair.
What happens with an odd number of players?
Players are split into groups of four and anyone left over sits out, but sitting out rotates, so it's never the same people every time. In tournaments, the one player left over after forming pairs doesn't play, and may be chosen as an umpire if "With umpires" is on.
Do participants viewing via QR code need to register?
No, they don't. Only the organizer needs to log in. Participants can see the schedule just by scanning.
What if people arrive or leave part-way through?
Switch players in or out under "Late arrivals / early departures" above the schedule, then press "Regenerate". Finished rounds stay as they are, and everything from the first round that hasn't started yet is rebuilt with the current players. Players can't join a tournament part-way through, so mark anyone leaving as "Withdraw".
Can participants see the score during a match?
Yes. Choose "In progress" when entering a score and it's saved as a live score, with "In progress" shown on the schedule. It's also reflected automatically on the screens of participants viewing via QR code. Once the match is decided, choose "Final" or the winning side and save.
I entered a score by mistake
You can correct or clear it at any time from the "Score" column. If this changes the winner in a tournament, a confirmation message is shown.
